Michael O. Johnson, age 52, is Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Johnson joined the Company in April 2003 after 17 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he most recently served as President of Walt Disney International, and also served as President of Asia Pacific for The Walt Disney Company and President of Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Mr. Johnson has also previously served as a publisher of Audio Times magazine, and has directed the regional sales efforts of Warner Amex Satellite Entertainment Company for three of its television channels, including MTV, Nickelodeon and The Movie Channel. Mr. Johnson is currently a director of Univision Communications, Inc., a television company serving Spanish-speaking Americans and serves on the board of Loyola High School of Los Angeles. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western State College. Michael O. Johnson, a Class I member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Herbalife was appointed Chairman of the Board effective as of the close of business on May 23, 2007.

Michael O. Johnson has been named president of Walt Disney International, it was announced today by Robert A. Iger, president and chief operating officer of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS).
Johnson, 45, will lead the company's efforts to ensure that the various international divisions operate in unison and with the same strategic vision around the world. He also will be responsible for regional marketing, brand management and consumer research, and will help identify acquisition opportunities, strategic alliances and other initiatives outside the United States. Individual managers for specific geographic regions or countries will report to Johnson.
Johnson had served as president and managing director, Walt Disney International Asia, since June 1999.
